Coached Session
Each month we run a coached training session, varying between sessions such as those listed below.
- Hill session
- Typically running up a hill at pace then recovering while running downhill. Builds your strength and stamina for running on all surfaces, not just hills!
- Interval session
- Vary between running easy and running quickly for short intervals. Get your body used to running faster and increase your speed over time.
- Fartlek
- Like a more loosely structured interval session but you and/or your group decide when you want to run faster and when you want to run easy.
