Out and back
Meeting at Chipping Sodbury School usually as part of a club session

We set off from Chipping Sodbury School and warm up by gently jogging down to the bottom of Wickwar Road, then we set off, all running the same route. When we’ve run for 20 minutes we turn around and run back to the start, aiming to go slightly quicker on the way back than on the way out.
A great run for training speed endurance.
